In order to strengthen the professional construction of juvenile procuratorial work, further improve the professional quality of juvenile procuratorial teams, and strengthen the judicial protection of juveniles, the third provincial procuratorial organ juvenile procuratorial business competition was held from June 16 to 18 at the Tangxun Lake Campus of the Hubei Branch of the National Prosecutors College, and 38 uninspected cadres and policemen in the province participated in the competition, and after fierce competition, finally 5 people won the "business pacesetter", 10 people won the "business expert", and 23 people won the "excellent individual".

The competition includes three links: writing a paper on uninspected work policy, written examination for uninspected business, interpreting the law by case, and defending business, which not only involves the research and thinking of the uninspected personnel on the basic theories, applied theories and cutting-edge issues of juvenile justice, but also tests the mastery of laws and regulations such as substantive law, procedural law, juvenile protection law, and law on the prevention of juvenile delinquency, as well as judicial interpretations and normative documents, and also examines the ability of case review, document production, legal supervision, and practical work such as helping and educating, caring, and preventing. The players' knowledge reserve, legal supervision, theoretical analysis, on-the-spot response and other aspects of the ability were comprehensively examined. After three days of intense and fierce struggle and calm and calm fighting, Comrades Lü Xiangzhu and Wu Dandan finally stood out from the 38 players with a good mental outlook, solid theoretical attainments and excellent professional skills, and won the fourth and fifth places in this competition respectively, and were rated as "Hubei Province Juvenile Procuratorial Business Competition Pacesetters".
