The Nets intend to use the first round of the 27th pick to select North Carolina freshman Dairon Sharp

According to NBA reporter Chad Ford, the Nets intend to select Daron Sharp with the first round of the No. 27 pick.

Daylon Sharp, a freshman in North Carolina, is 6 feet 11 (211 cm) tall and has an arm span of 7 feet (213 cm). He averaged 9.5 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.9 blocks, 2.0 turnovers, 51.9 percent from the field and 50.5 percent from the free throw line.
