After graduating from the police academy in 2002, Li Shu entered the police with the dream of a policeman. First, he worked as a police officer at the 110 junction police platform for four years, and then came to the Liuxiang police station to be responsible for internal work. Because of her serious work and outstanding performance, Li Shu joined the Communist Party of China in 2008. She set strict demands on herself by the standards of party members, loves her post and dedicates herself diligently. In 2011, the Taiyuan Municipal Public Security Bureau implemented the reform of the police mechanism, and Li Shu came to the Miaoqian police station to work at the household registration window through competition. This is 10 years.

Some people say that household registration work is not just filling out forms and typing, what is the difficulty? After first coming to the temple police station to take over the household registration work, Li Shu found that the household registration work was not only not simple, but also extremely cumbersome.

"In the case of hukou migration, the applicant's identity is divided into different situations such as cadres, employees and their families, students, military personnel and their families, and it is divided into moving in and out of the city according to different regions, each of which is a different acceptance procedure." Li Shu said that in order to quickly grasp the rules and regulations of household registration, she studied while doing, did not go home after work every day, and "soaked" in the household registration hall alone, sorting out the business she had handled that day into a notebook. When encountering "difficult and complicated diseases", she consulted experts and constantly summarized and thought. In this way, in just a few months, Li Shu mastered the relevant laws and regulations of household registration handling and grew into a model for window business.

Someone once asked Li Shu how she persisted in dealing with some "trivial" small things every day. Li Shu replied, "The household registration management work is the most cumbersome and complicated, but I have never felt bored, just because I love it from the bottom of my heart." ”

"Let the 'great reform' of public security connect with the masses' for 'small days'"

Where does happiness come from? In Li Shu's view, allowing the masses to truly enjoy the policy of benefiting the people of the party and the government is happiness.

Since the beginning of this year, the city's public security organs have carried out the "I do practical things for the masses" activity, focusing on solving the urgent difficulties and expectations of the masses. In fact, Li Shu has been doing this for many years.

There is an aunt Wang in the miaoqian jurisdiction, and her daughter is registered in a foreign country, and later divorced. Aunt Wang wanted to return her daughter's hukou to Taiyuan, but she did not meet the policy conditions, and she was very disappointed every time she consulted. Li Shu wrote down the incident in a notebook. She went through the details of the household registration policy over and over again, and pondered the solution over and over again. Until the Shanxi public security deepened the reform of "decentralization and management of services" and comprehensively adjusted and relaxed the five relocation policies, Aunt Wang's daughter just met the regulations for talent settlement, And Li Shu quickly called Aunt Wang to tell her. Soon, the problem of her daughter's household registration was solved, and Aunt Wang said excitedly: "Officer Li thank you, my wish for many years has come true!" ”

It seems to be a small thing, but for the people, it is a big thing and a difficult thing. In the past ten years of household registration window work, Li Shu has sincerely, enthusiastically and patiently received every mass who came to handle business, regarded the affairs of the masses as her own affairs, and handled more than 118,000 pieces of various household registration businesses and more than 56,000 identity cards, handling business with zero errors.

Li Shu's hands are fast, and she can reach 110 words in five strokes a minute, and there is no mistake. When encountering words that you don't know, others have to check for half a day, and Li Shu can quickly type them out by directly using the word splitting method.

Li Shu's notebook is very special. On the left, the to-do list of the masses is recorded; on the right, the daily work is recorded. This method is called "notebook split screen work method", which can see the urgent and difficult matters of the masses at a glance and give priority to handling.

Li Shu also summed up the "wrong time delay business handling method" and "video connection work method". For years, her phone has been the "advisory hotline" of the jurisdiction.
