Song Cao (1620-1701), Zi Binchen (邠臣), self-proclaimed Sheling Yishi, Cultivating The Sea Diver, Tangcun Changshi, etc. He was born in Nanmen, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province (present-day Shicheng District). At an early age, he was influenced by his father's erudition and ancient knowledge, and began to study Linchi at the age of seven. In September and October of 1644, JiaShen (1644) was recommended by the magistrate to come to Nanjing and serve as a scholar of the Hongguang Dynasty. The Ming Shi Zhi records that the ming Dynasty's Zhongshu Sheren was set up in the seventh year of Hongwu, and although there were changes during the Xuande years, it was never abolished. There are roughly three kinds of situations in which the members of the Zhongshu Sheren are selected: one is those who are born as scholars and scholars; the other is that those who are good at writing among the scholars, that is, the so-called "those who are born in the Book of Letters", although they cannot be promoted, can be listed as Tai Changqing and Hanlin Scholars; and the third type of so-called Enyin officials. Song Cao's appointment as a Zhongshu Sheren should belong to the second situation, which is the person whose name is Heavy Book.

Song Cao, like Wang Duo, has a higher proportion of pro-post works in the world, and these works are not faithful to the original works step by step, but more are "created with pro-life" with their own intentions. It is characterized by high-quality lines to emphasize emotion and interest, the appearance is solid and thick, the inside seems to be wrapped in iron, the pursuit of fat beauty, plain and no fancy.
