In my work, I always set strict demands on myself, love the party's education cause, resolutely support the party's line, principles, and policies, conscientiously implement and study the party's education policy, earnestly perform the duty of teaching and educating people, work diligently, unite colleagues, and be willing to dedicate. While requiring students, they must first do it, and they must integrate professional knowledge, so as to establish the "prestige" of teachers in the minds of students.
In teaching, I implement rigorous teaching in the explanation of each lesson and each knowledge point, and pay attention to the richness of the knowledge content of each lesson and the rigor of thinking logic. Studying teaching materials, studying course content, understanding the supporting relationship between courses, familiarizing with students' situations, setting appropriate teaching methods, and carefully preparing lessons are the prerequisites for ensuring teaching effectiveness. In the teaching process, I will select appropriate teaching materials and reasonably set teaching content according to the requirements of the training plan; adjust the teaching plan according to the students' familiarity with the curriculum; apply inquiry,heuristics,case analysis, speeches, situational analysis and other teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and cultivate students' abilities;rationally use multimedia, audio-visual materials, BIM models, virtual simulation technology and other materials to vividly and intuitively display teaching content, stimulate learning interest and improve teaching effect Deepen your understanding of knowledge through targeted exercises and assignments. The teaching fully reflects the learning-centered, focusing on the all-round development of students.
Fully trusting students, respecting students, and a good teacher-student relationship are one of the foundations for students to actively acquire knowledge. When it comes to classroom interaction, I usually follow the method of encouraging more and criticizing less. After class, communicate more with students, enter the hearts of students, become good teachers and friends, teach each other, and make progress together. In the era of knowledge explosion, teachers not only need deep professional skills, but also need to be knowledgeable. The all-round development of students is inseparable from the cultural quality and professional quality of teachers. Therefore, teachers also need to work with students to study harder and diligently, constantly enrich themselves, constantly surpass themselves, and constantly improve their knowledge system.
