Wang Fulian is a native of Longtang Village, Jiangjiehe Town, Weng'an County, in 1998, with full of enthusiasm, Wang Fulian went to Kunming City, Yunnan Province, with his bags on his back, to start a steel trading business, and he has been operating hard for more than ten years, and the business has become more and more prosperous, and the company has become a well-known local leading enterprise. In 2013, through a multi-party investigation, Wang Fulian found that the building materials industry has a huge market in Guizhou, so he planned to set up a building materials company in Pingtang County, but when he returned to Wong'an, he found that the homeland that had been separated for many years had undergone earth-shaking changes. The idea of devoting himself to his hometown and building a beautiful home made him give up a better site and set his sights on Yushan.
Wang Fulian told reporters that at that time, there was no high-quality building materials production enterprise in Yong'an County, and he wanted to change this situation, change the living environment of the local people, and increase the income of his hometown father, so he built the factory here.
After returning to Wong'an, Wang Fulian founded Weng'an Fengrui Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., which is mainly based on sintered porous bricks, hollow bricks, blocks and other building materials, and the main products are sold in Guiyang and Zunyi areas, and are widely used in civil buildings and high-rise buildings and decoration projects. In line with the principle of "conscience, practical work", the company's product quality has been excellent and stable, and the benefits are also considerable.
Business is done, Wang Fulian has not forgotten the dream of leading the villagers to get rich and well-off together, in order to help the local people, Wang Fulian gave up the full mechanization and automated production mode, and expanded the terminal process that only needed more than 20 people to do to more than 50 people, just to add a little more jobs. At present, the company has 52 working workers, all of whom are local migrant workers, including 5 accurate poverty alleviation households, which effectively solves the employment problem of local people.
