On September 27, with the HZS180 mixer mixing for 120 seconds, the first transport tank truck full of 12 cubic meters of concrete drove out of the field area, marking the official use of the first concrete mixing station and 1# mixing station of the TJ-6 standard of the jilin section of the new Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway, laying a solid foundation for accelerating the construction progress.

The newly built Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway Jilin section TJ-6 bid 1# concrete mixing station is located in Wangou Town, Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, close to G201 National Road, covering an area of 33 acres, consisting of concrete production area, office area and living area. The mixing station is equipped with 3 sets of HZS180 mixers, 24 powder tanks, 22 silos, 3 loaders, 20 sets of concrete transport vehicles, 4 sets of environmental protection dust reduction fog cannon machines, 500KW generators, 200 tons of weighbridges, 1 stone washing machine, 1 sand and gravel separator and related test and testing instruments and other equipment and facilities. Among them, the silo and the batching machine adopt the fully enclosed setting of the steel bracket insulation shed, and the office house adopts the color steel tile movable board room. The mixing station has advanced equipment, strong production capacity, high mixing efficiency and stable quality, which can meet the concrete production and supply of pipe section construction, and is the largest concrete mixing station in the bidding section.
It is reported that the TJ-6 standard of the Jilin section of the Shenbai high-speed railway has a total length of 30.191 kilometers. Among them, 5 tunnels have a total length of 24.86 km, 8 sections of the subgrade have a total length of 2.596 km, 8 bridges have a total length of 2.735 km, and 5 culverts and related projects. The 1# concrete mixing station is mainly responsible for the concrete supply task of about 420,000 cubic meters of concrete for the construction projects of the Chisong Tunnel, the Changqing Tunnel Inlet and the No. 1 Inclined Shaft, the Wangou Special Bridge, the Wangou Bridge, the Bridge across the 201 National Highway, the Wangou North Station Yard and the subgrade annex.
