In order to further promote the normalization and institutionalization of the "two studies and one doing" study and the theme education and practice activity of "greeting the 19th National Congress of Loyalty and Safety", on June 24, more than 40 party members and cadres of the Criminal Science Department of the Henan Provincial Public Security Department visited our county under the leadership of Director Lu Jian to study the spirit of Jiao Yulu, accompanied by Zhang Zhenguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Lankao County CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and director of the Public Security Bureau, Wang Yongzhao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and political commissar of the Public Security Bureau, and Zhang Shichong and Wang Paijiang, deputy directors of the Bureau.
In front of the tomb of the martyr Jiao Yulu, Comrade Lü Jian presented a flower basket to the tomb of Jiao Yulu, and all the personnel bowed three times to jointly commemorate this exemplary Communist Party member who devoted his life to the party and the people. Subsequently, all party members solemnly raised their right hands, faced the bright red party flag, and relived the oath of joining the party. After the ceremony, everyone walked around the mausoleum for a week to pay attention to the tomb of Jiao Yulu and express their respect for Comrade Jiao Yulu.
At the Comrade Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall, everyone carefully watched the exhibits and pictures in the exhibition hall, listened carefully to the narrator's introduction to Comrade Jiao Yulu's life deeds, felt Jiao Yulu's growth trajectory, and learned the character of Jiao Yulu who led the Lankao people to fight against the wind and sand, fight internal waterlogging, and cure salinity.
All the personnel also went to the first section of the East Dam of the Yellow River, the Jiaolin Memorial Hall, the Zhangzhuang Police Office of the Batou Police Station, and other places to learn on the spot the reasons for the formation of the "three harms" in Lankao, the methods for preventing wind and sand control, the origin of the four red flags, and the appearance of Lankao today.
Through personally experiencing Jiao Yulu's deeds, all party members and cadres said one after another that in future work, they should fully carry forward the spirit of Jiao Yulu, improve the cultivation of party spirit, adhere to the party's purpose, and do a good job in all their own work with a more inspiring spirit and a stronger sense of serving the people.
