In recent years, the Tieling Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have always taken the expansion of effective investment as a powerful starting point for accelerating the promotion of high-quality development, firmly established the concept of "project is king", the number of projects has increased year by year, and the quality has been continuously improved, providing strong support for the city's economic and social development. It is estimated that by the end of the first quarter, there will be 67 projects of more than 5 million yuan in the city, and the number of projects opened (resumed) in the whole year will reach 341, with a total investment of 60.5 billion yuan, and the investment in that year will reach 19.44 billion yuan.
The whole city should conscientiously implement the requirements and deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, earnestly shoulder the responsibility, fully serve the enterprises, projects and development, and promote the early start, early production and early effectiveness of the project. Since its establishment in August last year, Liaoning Shangwei's project with an annual output of 38 billion medical protective gloves has progressed smoothly. The second phase of the project started today will invest 1.5 billion yuan to build 32 PVC glove production lines, 30 nitrile glove production lines, and other supporting facilities.
The concentrated opening (resumption) of major projects in the province was also held this afternoon, and Tieling City participated in the activities as a sub-venue.
