All those who have achieved outstanding achievements in their careers have extraordinary perseverance. Du Zhengao is no exception. For today, he paid a huge price. When Du Zhengao was 7 years old, he was once beaten by a child 4 years older than him because of a conflict caused by playing with other children, and the beating was very bad, but the stubborn Du Zhengao did not kneel down and beg for forgiveness, but from then on, he began to practice martial arts with his father.
In 1978, in order to further cultivate his physical strength, endurance and will, his father sent Du Zhengao, who was less than 14 years old, to the Beijing Amateur Sports School to practice wrestling. Since then, under the careful guidance of the famous wrestling coach Mei Huizhi, he has spent 4 arduous and unforgettable spring and autumn seasons.

In the past 4 years, he has suffered a lot and endured tenacious tempering. In the wrestling field, the thin Du Zhengao became the "target" of the wrestling master, and again and again, he was lifted high by others, and fell down heavily, once, twice... Dozens of times, hundreds of times, Du Zhengao gritted his teeth, silently bearing, honing, fighting, he had only one belief in his heart: today, they fell on me; tomorrow, I will fall on them!
Finally, the kung fu paid off, and Du Zhengao stood out. He has participated in the Beijing Youth Wrestling Competition 4 times, and won the championship 4 times. For a time, he was famous in Beijing, but he was not satisfied with this, but opened up to a new field.

In 1984, the senior commanders of the headquarters of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force made a far-reaching decision: "In order to enhance the ability of armed police soldiers to subdue gangsters with their bare hands, the armed police force should vigorously popularize martial arts sanda training, and set up a highly skilled, young and strong martial arts sanda team as soon as possible to deter criminals."
This exciting decision deeply shook Du Zhengao's young heart, making this newborn calf who was not willing to be lonely rush with enthusiasm and eager to try. Therefore, when he graduated from the Beijing Amateur Sports School with excellent results, he did not hesitate to enlist in the army and came to the Special Police School of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force. Since then, he has embarked on a career as a sanda player and embarked on a path to the championship.
After coming to the SWAT school to practice sanda, Du Zhengao did not "deviate from the scriptures" and "forget his ancestors", he practiced Sanda techniques under the careful guidance of the coach, while still practicing wrestling tirelessly. He has worked tirelessly to consult Western boxing from Wang Guojun, the head coach of the national boxing team that was famous in China's boxing world in the 50s, Zhou Shibin and Zhang Lide, professors of Shanghai Sports Academy, and Wang Shouxin, professor of Beijing Sports Academy, and has repeatedly learned leg punching techniques from the famous sanda coach Tong Qinghui. After more than a year of hard training and arduous exploration, Du Zhengao finally skillfully combined sanda and wrestling to form his own unique sanda style.
<h1 class="pgc-h-center-line" data-track="23" > seven years of hard work across the bridge</h1>
From March 5 to 11, 1985, the first Wushu Sanda Competition of the Armed Police Force was held in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and in this competition, Du Zhengao showed people for the first time the unique "bridge wrestling" he spent 7 years of hard work, which became the most exciting shot in this competition.
On the evening of March 6, a gong sounded to kick off the prelude to the 75 kg competition, and Du Zhengao's opponent was tall and tall, and he escaped a "DynaSky Force". At the beginning of the game, the opponent attacked fiercely, the fist was like a raindrop, and Du Zhengao was not in a hurry, blocking, fighting back, and always thinking of revealing a "unique job".
"Crossing the bridge" is a difficult move in wrestling, that is, when the opponent is not paying attention, he will pick him up and throw him backwards from the top of his head. To use this trick well, it not only requires superior strength, but also requires skillful skills, and people without real kung fu do not dare to set foot in it. Du Zhengao, on the other hand, used it freely and just right. Only to see Du Zhen's tall figure rushing forward, a "diving waist" shouted "go", then quickly lifted the other party high, and then threw it behind him, and then saw that "Optimus Lux" suddenly tilted his face and fell down. "What a wonderful bridge crossing!" The audience was filled with admiration.
After that, Du Zhengao passed the hurdle and won a brilliant record of seven total victories, winning the 75 kg laurel.
