Comrade Wang Xinbo regards the performance of his duties and responsibilities as the best embodiment of his own dignity and value, closely focuses on the overall situation of traffic security at the Nineteenth National Congress, fully carries forward the spirit of "being particularly able to bear hardships and paying special attention to dedication", resolutely overcomes the paralyzing and lax thinking and fatigue and war-weariness, and devotes himself wholeheartedly to the traffic security activities of "greeting the Nineteenth National Congress, being loyal and safe", serving on duty for 1 minute and fighting for 60 seconds, successfully completing the major political tasks entrusted by the party and the people.
Second, the small family took into account the overall situation and fought continuously for more than 30 days. After the security campaign of the Nineteenth National Congress was launched, Comrade Wang Xinbo devoted himself to traffic safety management and opened the white and black work mode. During the day, he led the squadron police to carry out the investigation and seizure of key traffic violations in key national and provincial road sections of 315 Provincial Highway and 205 National Highway. At night, lead the police to investigate and deal with serious traffic violations such as drunk driving and overloading. Hungry to eat a fast food, sleepy and tired in the police car and clothes and sleep, all of these situations have become the norm of work. Comrade Wang Xinbo's home is only 500 meters away from the unit, and there are primary school students who need to be picked up and dropped off on time, young children under the age of one who need to be taken care of, and the elderly father in the family also needs to be taken care of. As the only son in the family, he did not return home, but threw the responsibility that should share the family to his weak wife, and he still thinks of the scene at that time and tears up, feeling ashamed of the family.
Third, innovate work ideas and create a good traffic environment. Comrade Wang Xinbo is not only dedicated, but also good at observing things in his work, discovering loopholes and problems in traffic management, actively thinking about countermeasures to solve problems, achieving good results and creating a good road traffic environment. Before the security campaign of the Nineteenth National Congress, Comrade Wang Xinbo actively investigated the road sections and time periods prone to frequent road traffic accidents in the early stage, analyzed the existing road safety hazards, actively suggested that the road administration, transportation, urban management and other departments strengthen the construction of road safety facilities, and at the same time implemented the wrong-time work mechanism, arranged for the police to carry out key traffic violations in key time periods and road sections, and seized serious traffic violations such as unlicensed driving, drunk driving, drunk driving, and overloading, eliminating the hidden dangers of traffic safety in the jurisdiction. The road traffic order in the jurisdiction is smooth and orderly, and no major traffic accidents or vicious cases have occurred, which has created a good road traffic safety environment for the 19th National Congress.

He often said to the squadron police: a salute can shorten the distance between the police and the people; a good greeting can alleviate the psychological pressure of the managed object. In our own work, we will put into practice the purpose of "establishing the police for the public and enforcing the law for the people" in a down-to-earth manner. When he encountered a faulty car on duty, he would go forward to help push it, move it to the side of the road, and help repair it; when he encountered the elderly and students crossing the road, he would go forward to help him and guide him to help pass safely.
During the security period of the 19th National Congress, Wang Xinbo led the police to investigate and deal with traffic violations on the traffic artery of the West Ring Road in Qingyun County. At work, a man was spotted driving a motorcycle head-on, and on the motorcycle sat a girl (the daughter of the man driving the motorcycle) wearing a school uniform and carrying a bag. After routine inspection, it was found that the man driving the motorcycle did not have a motor vehicle driving license, and according to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law, administrative compulsory measures of temporarily detaining the motorcycle were required. After issuing the administrative compulsory measures certificate, in the face of the anxious girl, Comrade Wang Xinbo immediately drove the police car with the girl to send her safely to the school. The man driving the motorcycle was deeply moved after seeing this situation, and took the initiative to accept the traffic safety education and administrative punishment of the police, saying that in the future, he would conscientiously study traffic safety knowledge, strive to obtain a motor vehicle driving license, and be a good citizen who abides by discipline and law. In this traffic violation investigation and correction work, not only did the traffic safety hazards be eliminated in a timely manner, but also the traffic safety management objects humbly accepted the traffic safety knowledge education.
Comrade Wang Xinbo was rated as an advanced individual by the Qingyun County Public Security Bureau in 2008, commended by the Dezhou Municipal Public Security Bureau once in 2013 and 2014, and rated as "An Advanced Individual in the Security and Stability Maintenance Work of the 19th National Congress of the Party of the City's Public Security Traffic Police System in 2017" by the Dezhou Municipal Public Security Bureau in 2018.
