Beijing News Express (reporter Duan Wenping) According to the Tianyan inspection, on December 2, the legal representative of Eggshell (Hangzhou) Asset Management Co., Ltd., a company under Eggshell Apartment, changed, and Cui Yan, co-founder and coo of Eggshell Apartment, withdrew from the legal representative, executive director and general manager, and added Zhang Xue as the legal representative, executive director and general manager.

In October this year, Eggshell Apartments officially submitted an F-1 prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering (IPO), which is expected to land on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DNK", with Citigroup, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Chase as underwriters for the IPO. The prospectus discloses that the funds raised by Eggshell Apartments will be used to further expand the scale of the business, strengthen the strength in technology, and use the general working capital.

Previously, Eggshell Apartments had announced the completion of a round of financing of more than 100 million yuan led by Joy Capital, and a $100 million Series B financing jointly led by The Chinese Cultural Industry Investment Fund and Gaorong Capital. In March this year, Eggshell Apartment announced the completion of a $500 million C round of financing jointly led by Tiger Global Fund and Ant Financial, followed by Primavera Capital, and continued to invest with old shareholders such as cmc Capital, Gaorong Capital and Joy Capital, with a post-investment valuation of more than US$2 billion.
