In order to help the growth of private enterprises and service innovation and upgrading, the city has also supported the establishment of 9 national and provincial scientific and technological innovation platforms such as Xingchuang Tiandi and the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Care Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and established the Hebei Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Hebei Provincial Institute of Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine with high standards.

On the same day, Shandong Changzun Energy Co., Ltd. and other 7 enterprises signed a contract with the Anguo Municipal Government to cooperate, covering the second batch of 13 key projects in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing, health care, medical equipment, infrastructure construction and other fields.
Anguo ancient name "Qizhou", known as "millennium medicine capital" and "the world's first medicine market", is the State Council named "China's Chinese herbal medicine town".
