劉泳，中國美術家協會會員、中國文藝家書畫院副院長、河北省美術家協會創作委員會副主任、河北大學藝術學院美術系客座教授、保定畫院畫家、中央電視台ccTV特聘藝術指導、巴黎奧運會中法文化交流大使、國家一級美術師。
畢業于清華大學美術學院國畫創作研究所學生班，近年來，赴南韓、美國、中國美術館、上海陸俨少藝術院、香港、甘肅、青海、廣東、山東、保定等地多次聯展和個展。榮獲日本女神金獎、魯迅金獎、佳作獎、創作獎和省一等獎等多項。出版髙等美術學院名家教學範夲《匠心一劉泳山水作品選》、中國髙等美術院校教學範本《劉泳山水繪畫》、《劉泳畫集》等。
作品曾被中國美術館、魯迅博物館、陸俨少藝術院、江蘇美術館、河北美術館、人民大會堂、天安門大廳及比利時、德國、美國、香港等多個國家和地區機構收藏。

Liu Yong is a member of the China Artists Association, Vice President of the China Liu Yong is a member of the China Artists Association, Vice President of the China Artists Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Deputy Director of the Creation Committee of the Hebei Artists Association, Visiting Professor of the Department of Fine Arts at the Art School of Hebei University, Painter of Baoding Academy, Special Art Director of CCTV, Ambassador for Cultural Exchange between China and France at the Paris Olympics, and National First Class Artist.
Graduated from the Graduate Class of Traditional Chinese Painting Creation at the School of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. In recent years, he has participated in multiple joint exhibitions and solo exhibitions in South Korea, the United States, the National Art Museum of China, the Lu Yanshao Art Institute in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Gansu, Qinghai, Guangdong, Shandong, Baoding, and other places. Has won multiple awards, including the Japanese Goddess Gold Award, Lu Xun Gold Award, Masterpiece Award, Creation Award, and Provincial First Prize. Published teaching templates by renowned artists from the Higher School of Fine Arts, such as "Craftsmanship - Selected Landscape Paintings by Liu Yong", teaching templates from Chinese Higher School of Fine Arts, such as "Liu Yong's Landscape Paintings", and "Liu Yong's Collection of Paintings".
The work has been collected by the National Art Museum of China, the Lu Xun Museum, the Lu Yanshao Art Academy, the Jiangsu Art Museum, the Hebei Art Museum, the Great Hall of the People, the Tiananmen Square Hall, and institutions in multiple countries and regions such as Belgium, Germany, the United States, and Hong Kong.
