楊農，1957年5月生于江蘇南京，祖藉湖南桃江。1975年插隊，1978年當勞工，1983一1986年江蘇廣播電視大學讀工業企業經濟管理，1986一1987年中國政法大學進修企業法律顧問。曾任職南京煉油廠審計處、兼職江蘇省黨校和成人夜大經濟法輔導老師三年。在中石化催化劑經營部退休。曾獲發明專利證書四項。業餘時間喜愛讀書、繪畫，用發明創造去親曆親為，從實踐中領悟享受科技發明的樂趣、感悟人文社科的哲理、發現大千世界的規律。2003年5月出版《世界和平思維》、2023年12月出版《三觀通衢》。
