SCI投稿前需要準備哪些材料？

今天EA-ISET協會給大家分享一篇關于SCI投稿知識的文章。好不容易寫好文章，看準了一個雜志，撸起袖子準備投稿時，突然發現除了需要上傳初稿附件外，必須上傳一些其他附件，以及要求論文中必須在參考文獻前附上一些利益等聲明條款；比如：

★常見附件材料：

Cover Letter, Highlights, Reviewer suggestions,Checklist,Graphic Abstract等；

★常見附在參考文獻前的聲明條款：

Availability of data and material；Competing interests/Declaration of Conflicting Interests,Authors' contributions,Funding,Authors' contributions等；

那麼這些附件是什麼，應該怎麼寫呢？而且相應的聲明條款又該如何回複？下面跟随小編來分享關于投稿附件中的那些事兒~

一、投稿中常見附件材料

1. Manuscript/Blind manuscript、Title Page(論文初稿)

①Manuscript/Blind manuscript(論文初稿)

》論文初稿一般有兩種，一種是全文論文Manuscript(完整的論文稿件)，一種是便于同行評審的盲審論文Blind manuscript(除去作者姓名，機關，郵箱，基金，緻謝含個人資訊的部分)

②Title Page(封面)

》Title Page 一般和Blind manuscript一起上傳，Blind manuscript盲審論文稿件，不含個人資訊部分，Title Page則包含所有個人資訊部分(一般包含論文題目+作者+機關+郵箱+基金+緻謝)

2. Cover Letter介紹信

①Cover Letter(介紹信)的定義及作用

簡言之，就是需要将自己的論文介紹給雜志編輯。Cover Letter需要包含的内容包括以下3點,一般來說Cover Letter隻需要這三部分，但是如果有些雜志的Cover Letter有特殊要求，比如要求表明是否已經有審稿人已經審閱過、要求表明倫理規範等，那就需要适時在第二部分進行添加和描述。

A.表明以什麼為題的文章拟投貴雜志，簡要介紹文章的主要發現和重要意義；

B.表明所有作者均已經知曉拟投本期刊，且沒有一稿多投；

C.最後附上通訊作者的電話、郵箱、位址等資訊。

3.Highlights 亮點

①Highlights(亮點)的定義及作用

Highlights是作者提煉出來的論文的精髓，主要是表述論文的主要成果或結論，友善讀者/審稿專家快速了解論文的内容。當然Highlights還是來源于整個文章，尤其是結論和讨論部分，需要高度概括，突出亮點和重點，對于提高論文的引用也有重要的意義。

②Highlights(亮點)的要求

A.通常包括3-5點内容；

B.每點的字元數（包括空格、單詞和标點符号），不超過85字元.

C.隻介紹文中最重要的結果。

4.Graphical Abstract 圖文摘要

①Graphical Abstract (圖文摘要)的定義及作用

Graphical Abstract一般翻譯為圖文摘要，是指将論文内容可視化，更直覺地展示文章内容，讓讀者更高效地了解文章内容。顧名思義，它包括兩方面的内容：一是文字，二是圖檔。CellPress出版社對圖文摘要官方定義為：“The graphical abstract is one single-panel, square image that is designed to give readers an immediate understanding of the take-home message of the paper. Its intent is to encourage browsing, promote interdisciplinary scholarship, and help readers quickly identify which papers are most relevant to their research interests. ”。

5.Checklist核對清單

①Checklist(核對清單)的定義及作用

Checklist就是為了核對所投稿件是否符合投稿指南的基本要求，為了完成Checklist，一般需要在“Guide to Authors”中下載下傳Checklist的原件，根據自身稿件的形式、作者的姓名機關、題目和整體字數來填空，并根據雜志需要的附件是否均按照要求上傳逐一打鈎。

6.Reviewer suggestions 推薦審稿人

①Reviewer suggestions(推薦審稿人)填寫内容

大多數情況下，Reviewer suggestions會出現在投稿的程式中，直接按照要求輸入即可，但是也有個别情況需要将Reviewer suggestions作為附件上傳。那麼Reviewer suggestions包括的内容便是分别羅列出Reviewers的姓名、機關、國家、郵箱，最後簡單描述這些Reviewers對該領域有權威，沒有利益沖突，并且樂意審稿。

二、投稿中常見聲明條款

7.Declaration and Terms 聲明及條款

一些期刊要求送出的論文稿件中附有一些聲明及條款，放在參考文獻前，小編已為大家整理常見的7中聲明及條款，供大家參閱~

①Contribution of the paper 作者貢獻

範例：

AB carried out the molecular genetic studies, participated in the sequence alignment and drafted the manuscript. JY carried out the immunoassays. MT participated in the sequence alignment. ES participated in the design of the study and performed the statistical analysis. FG conceived of the study, and participated in its design and coordination and helped to draft the manuscript. All authors read and approved the final manuscript. All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in an acknowledgements section.

②Declaration of Interest Statement 利益沖突聲明

The author(s) declared no potential conflicts of interest with respect to the research, author- ship, and/or publication of this article.

③Ethical approval 倫理審查

Written informed consent for publication of this paper was obtained from the Hubei University of Arts and Science and all authors

④Data sharing agreement/Availability of data and materials 資料分享

The datasets used and/or analyzed during the current study are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request.

或

Data sharing not applicable to this article as no datasets were generated or analysed during the current study.

⑤Consent for publication出版協定

Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report and any accompanying images. A copy of the written consent is available for review by the Editor-in-Chief of this journal.

⑥Funding 基金

基金包含基金項目名稱及基金号；若無則寫上：Not applicable.

⑦Acknowledgement 緻謝

範例：who contributed towards the article who does not meet the criteria for authorship including anyone who provided professional writing services or materials. Authors should obtain permission to acknowledge from all those mentioned in the Acknowledgements section.
