SCI投稿前需要准备哪些材料？

今天EA-ISET协会给大家分享一篇关于SCI投稿知识的文章。好不容易写好文章，看准了一个杂志，撸起袖子准备投稿时，突然发现除了需要上传初稿附件外，必须上传一些其他附件，以及要求论文中必须在参考文献前附上一些利益等声明条款；比如：

★常见附件材料：

Cover Letter, Highlights, Reviewer suggestions,Checklist,Graphic Abstract等；

★常见附在参考文献前的声明条款：

Availability of data and material；Competing interests/Declaration of Conflicting Interests,Authors' contributions,Funding,Authors' contributions等；

那么这些附件是什么，应该怎么写呢？而且相应的声明条款又该如何回复？下面跟随小编来分享关于投稿附件中的那些事儿~

一、投稿中常见附件材料

1. Manuscript/Blind manuscript、Title Page(论文初稿)

①Manuscript/Blind manuscript(论文初稿)

》论文初稿一般有两种，一种是全文论文Manuscript(完整的论文稿件)，一种是便于同行评审的盲审论文Blind manuscript(除去作者姓名，单位，邮箱，基金，致谢含个人信息的部分)

②Title Page(封面)

》Title Page 一般和Blind manuscript一起上传，Blind manuscript盲审论文稿件，不含个人信息部分，Title Page则包含所有个人信息部分(一般包含论文题目+作者+单位+邮箱+基金+致谢)

2. Cover Letter介绍信

①Cover Letter(介绍信)的定义及作用

简言之，就是需要将自己的论文介绍给杂志编辑。Cover Letter需要包含的内容包括以下3点,一般来说Cover Letter只需要这三部分，但是如果有些杂志的Cover Letter有特殊要求，比如要求表明是否已经有审稿人已经审阅过、要求表明伦理规范等，那就需要适时在第二部分进行添加和描述。

A.表明以什么为题的文章拟投贵杂志，简要介绍文章的主要发现和重要意义；

B.表明所有作者均已经知晓拟投本期刊，且没有一稿多投；

C.最后附上通讯作者的电话、邮箱、地址等信息。

3.Highlights 亮点

①Highlights(亮点)的定义及作用

Highlights是作者提炼出来的论文的精髓，主要是表述论文的主要成果或结论，方便读者/审稿专家快速了解论文的内容。当然Highlights还是来源于整个文章，尤其是结论和讨论部分，需要高度概括，突出亮点和重点，对于提高论文的引用也有重要的意义。

②Highlights(亮点)的要求

A.通常包括3-5点内容；

B.每点的字符数（包括空格、单词和标点符号），不超过85字符.

C.只介绍文中最重要的结果。

4.Graphical Abstract 图文摘要

①Graphical Abstract (图文摘要)的定义及作用

Graphical Abstract一般翻译为图文摘要，是指将论文内容可视化，更直观地展示文章内容，让读者更高效地了解文章内容。顾名思义，它包括两方面的内容：一是文字，二是图片。CellPress出版社对图文摘要官方定义为：“The graphical abstract is one single-panel, square image that is designed to give readers an immediate understanding of the take-home message of the paper. Its intent is to encourage browsing, promote interdisciplinary scholarship, and help readers quickly identify which papers are most relevant to their research interests. ”。

5.Checklist核对清单

①Checklist(核对清单)的定义及作用

Checklist就是为了核对所投稿件是否符合投稿指南的基本要求，为了完成Checklist，一般需要在“Guide to Authors”中下载Checklist的原件，根据自身稿件的形式、作者的姓名单位、题目和整体字数来填空，并根据杂志需要的附件是否均按照要求上传逐一打钩。

6.Reviewer suggestions 推荐审稿人

①Reviewer suggestions(推荐审稿人)填写内容

大多数情况下，Reviewer suggestions会出现在投稿的程序中，直接按照要求输入即可，但是也有个别情况需要将Reviewer suggestions作为附件上传。那么Reviewer suggestions包括的内容便是分别罗列出Reviewers的姓名、单位、国家、邮箱，最后简单描述这些Reviewers对该领域有权威，没有利益冲突，并且乐意审稿。

7.Declaration and Terms 声明及条款

一些期刊要求提交的论文稿件中附有一些声明及条款，放在参考文献前，小编已为大家整理常见的7中声明及条款，供大家参阅~

①Contribution of the paper 作者贡献

范例：

AB carried out the molecular genetic studies, participated in the sequence alignment and drafted the manuscript. JY carried out the immunoassays. MT participated in the sequence alignment. ES participated in the design of the study and performed the statistical analysis. FG conceived of the study, and participated in its design and coordination and helped to draft the manuscript. All authors read and approved the final manuscript. All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in an acknowledgements section.

②Declaration of Interest Statement 利益冲突声明

The author(s) declared no potential conflicts of interest with respect to the research, author- ship, and/or publication of this article.

③Ethical approval 伦理审查

Written informed consent for publication of this paper was obtained from the Hubei University of Arts and Science and all authors

④Data sharing agreement/Availability of data and materials 数据分享

The datasets used and/or analyzed during the current study are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request.

或

Data sharing not applicable to this article as no datasets were generated or analysed during the current study.

⑤Consent for publication出版协议

Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report and any accompanying images. A copy of the written consent is available for review by the Editor-in-Chief of this journal.

基金包含基金项目名称及基金号；若无则写上：Not applicable.

⑦Acknowledgement 致谢

范例：who contributed towards the article who does not meet the criteria for authorship including anyone who provided professional writing services or materials. Authors should obtain permission to acknowledge from all those mentioned in the Acknowledgements section.
