1，通路https://developer.amazonservices.com.cn/index.html

右側有一個sign up for mws 按鈕，點選這裡可以對亞馬遜賣家賬号進行綁定擷取Seller ID、Marketplace ID、Developer Account Number、AWS Access Key ID、Secret Key資訊以備開發所需。

2，通路https://mws.amazonservices.com/scratchpad/index.html，可以進行測試，資訊填寫依據第一步擷取的填入即可
