1.企業供應鍊數字化轉型相關概念

首先,作者對資訊化、數字化和智能化的差別進行解釋,因為在部分研究中常常将他們視為包含與被包含而不加嚴肅區分的狀況,不加以區分,然而三者之間存在明顯差別。具體分析圖下:

First of all, the author explains the difference between informatization, digitization and intelligence, because in some studies, they are often regarded as a condition of being included and being included without serious distinction, and no distinction is made, but there are obvious differences between the three . 其次,作者搜集了現有文獻對于數字化供應鍊的描述和定義内容,主要可以分為兩類:将數字化供應鍊看作利用實時資訊的平台以及強調數字化供應鍊的自動生成資訊功能。接着,作者認為随着時代的發展,企業數字化的供應鍊管理是必須的,強調數字化供應鍊管理的重要性。但是,現有的文獻大多從以上兩方面來對數字化供應鍊進行定義,對數字化供應鍊的内涵描述不夠全面,僅描述了數字化供應鍊所具有的部分特點,是以,本文給出了新的數字化供應鍊定義,如下圖所示:

Secondly, the author collected the descriptions and definitions of the digital supply chain in the existing literature, which can be mainly divided into two categories: viewing the digital supply chain as a platform for utilizing real-time information and emphasizing the automatic information generation function of the digital supply chain. Then, the author believes that with the development of the times, enterprise digital supply chain management is necessary, emphasizing the importance of digital supply chain management. However, most of the existing literatures define the digital supply chain from the above two aspects. The connotation description of the digital supply chain is not comprehensive enough, and only describes some of the characteristics of the digital supply chain. Therefore, this paper presents a new digital supply chain. Supply chain definition, as shown in the following figure:

最後,作者指出供應鍊的數字化轉型缺乏權威定義,且現有的相關研究主要強調通過技術應用來提高供應鍊的管理能力,這是比較片面的。綜合來說,供應鍊的數字化轉型應分為兩個層面:技術層面的轉型與管理層面的轉型,其中供應鍊數字化轉型中管理層面的變革是供應鍊數字化轉型的主要方面。

Finally, the author points out that the digital transformation of the supply chain lacks an authoritative definition, and the existing related research mainly emphasizes improving the management capability of the supply chain through technology application, which is relatively one-sided. 2.企業供應鍊數字化轉型的因素分析

作者在針對供應鍊數字化轉型的驅動因素分析問題,首先分類列舉了現有的學者和從業者對供應鍊數字化轉型的影響因素研究,分别包含業務、技術、能力、組織、管理等多個角度。

3.企業供應鍊數字化轉型思路
