江涵秋影鹭翔集,与生走读红树林。十月的深圳,秋高气爽,风轻云淡,10月24日,华美外国语学校组织初中部国际班学生前往我国唯一地处现代化大都市腹地的滨海红树林湿地——华侨城湿地公园进行“走读鹏城”探究活动,以开阔学生视野,增强学生社会实践能力。

活动前,李富贵老师对七年级和九年级国际班的学生分别从社区服务内容、自然教育理论和外出参观注意事项等进行了为期三天的专项知识与技能培训。同学们聚精会神,认真笔记,并在老师的指导下做了“走读鹏城”探究活动计划书,其内容之详尽,思考之周密,令人称道!

活动计划书

迎着清晨的朝阳,怀着对自然的憧憬,同学们来到了华侨城湿地公园。芳草萋萋,林木郁郁,两只黑脸的白鹭塑像赫然映入眼帘,从志愿者的介绍中,学生们获悉原来这就是濒危的“黑面天使”黑脸琵鹭,她优雅的姿态,轻舞的翅膀,如高雅的“黑面舞者”!

志愿者带同学们参观了“湿地历史展厅”、观看“华侨城湿地公园纪录片”。一幅幅缤纷的图画,清晰地勾勒着诸多珍稀的形象及湿地的生态功能;一个个生动的场景,鲜活地展现出该园的建设及发展历程。在这里,同学们了解了“什么是湿地”“湿地是怎样形成的”;在这里,同学们了解了湿地和我们衣食住行饮及文化、燃料、医药的息息相关。

then, the students came to the exhibition hall of “wetland history”. a vivid picture made the students clearly understand how wetland was formed. after that, they carefully watched the documentary on the construction and development of the “oct wetland park”.

同学们抓住一切机会向志愿者和管理人员请教,看着好学的同学,志愿者当场竞猜“弹涂鱼有哪些生理特点”……同学们丰富知识和机灵聪慧赢得了志愿者的好评。之后,经过解说,学生们还学会识别招潮蟹。

随后,志愿者带同学们穿行在岸边的红树林间。在这里,大家恍然大悟:原来红树林之所以叫红树林,并不是因为它是红色的,而是因为它受伤之后会分泌一种红色物质——单宁酸。除此之外,大家还认识了秋茄树等红树林大家族中的多名成员。懂得了什么是呼吸,什么是泌盐现象。

午饭后,师生们徜徉在一片青翠欲滴拥簇的湿地小道,或登上观鸟屋,或驻足观景栈道,轻纱绿苇,红树啼莺,心湖飞鹭,时而,一只水鸟掠过水面;时而,一只蜥蜴穿越林间。“晚霞与孤鹜齐飞,秋水共长天一色”,时光是如此的美好而又宁静。同学们在真实的自然环境中体验学习,不知不觉中对自然万物多了一份尊重与敬畏。

701班的王钧如同学说:“我用相机记录下了湿地的美景,也看到了很多新奇的动植物,它们都给了我深刻的印象。经过这次探究活动,我感到我们应该好好保护环境!”

901班的严鸿基同学反思环境保护中的问题,感到保护环境我们任重而道远。

901班的洪若瀚同学则即兴吟诗一首,来表达湿地带给自己的愉悦,赞美湿地宣泄的力量,呼吁我们青少年保护自然环境。

最后,魏主任和蔡主任分别作了精彩的总结。魏主任点评了学生的发言,并强调了走读鹏城实践活动对于我们学生成长的意义;蔡主任则引导同学们要学会发现大自然的美丽,并且热爱她,拥抱她,你的生活就会快乐无比。至此,本次活动在啾啾的鸟叫声中圆满落下帷幕。

马克思曾说:“人创造了环境,同样环境也创造了人。”华美外国语学校一直致力于培养和引导学生在探索自然的过程中萌发对自然的热爱。“走读鹏城”作为华美外国语学校的一门特色课程,本次华侨城湿地探究只是华美外国语学校“走读鹏城”系列探究活动之一。我们相信,同学们不断地去探索未知世界,不断地从环境中去学习,通过亲身体验,定会积累和丰富自身的生活经验,让身心获得全面发展。看着成长的孩子们,《罗马假日》的经典台词突然响彻在耳畔:身体与灵魂必须有一个在路上!要么身体在路上,拓宽眼界;要么灵魂在路上,让心智成长!
