本期我们使用solidworks完成风扇电机座和防滑衬套,首先在前视基准面上进行草图绘制,画出如下图的草图样式,然后选择等距实体,这样画出薄壁宽度,接着设置相应的尺寸,完成后就可以选择旋转凸台,得到下面的旋转体。

In this issue, we used SolidWorks to complete the fan motor base and anti slip lining. Firstly, we sketched on the front reference plane, drawing the sketch style as shown in the figure below. Then, we selected equidistant entities to draw the thin-walled width, and set the corresponding dimensions. After completion, we can select the rotating boss to obtain the rotating body below.

然后再端面上草图绘圆,在使用圆周阵列得到六个圆,使用拉伸切除得到六个圆孔。接着在下图所示的面上画出圆形草图,然后进行圆周阵列得到三个圆形草图,点击完成草图,再点击特征,进行拉伸,使所画圆拉伸到下一平面。

Then sketch a circle on the end face, use a circular array to obtain six circles, and use extrusion to cut off six circular holes. Next, draw a circular sketch on the surface shown in the figure below, then perform a circular array to obtain three circular sketches. Click to complete the sketch, then click on the feature to stretch the drawn circle to the next plane.

完成后,再在刚才的平面上,以刚才绘制的草图圆圆心为圆心绘制校园,半径2.5mm,然后同样使用圆周阵列,使用拉伸切除,切除深度设为8mm,完成后如下图的模样。然后进行倒圆角和倒角,最后在对外观进行调整即可保存。

After completion, draw the campus on the plane just now with the center of the sketch circle as the center, with a radius of 2.5mm. Then, use the same circular array and stretch to cut, with a cutting depth of 8mm. After completion, it will look like the following image. Then perform rounding and chamfering, and finally adjust the appearance to save.

然后绘制防滑衬套,这个零件非常简单,首先在前视基准面上画出两个圆,大院直径10mm,小圆直径我们设置为4mm。然后进行凸台拉伸,拉伸长度为5mm。然后进行倒圆角和倒角,参数都为0.2mm。

Then draw the anti slip lining. This part is very simple. First, draw two circles on the front reference plane, with a diameter of 10mm for the large courtyard and 4mm for the small circle. Then perform protrusion stretching, with a stretching length of 5mm. Then perform rounding and chamfering, with parameters of 0.2mm.
