一、着装
1、Dress Code
正式着装要求：
Formal Dress Requirements：
女生：长短袖西服外套（衬衫）+过膝盖的裙子（长裤也可）+正装半高跟女鞋；
Female: Long or short-sleeved suit jacket (with a shirt), skirt above the knee (or trousers), and semi-heeled formal shoes.
男生：长短袖西服外套（衬衫）+长裤+正装带跟深色男式皮鞋；
Male: Long or short-sleeved suit jacket (with a shirt), trousers, and formal dark-colored men's shoes with heels.
民族特色服装：当演讲与民族相关时；
Ethnic Clothing: When the speech is related to ethnic culture.
二、仪态
2、Posture
重点：给人以积极仪态展示
Key Points: Present a positive posture.
开场礼仪：目光扫视全场观众，从左向右，成“Z”字型，面带微笑。
Opening Etiquette: Scan the audience from left to right in a "Z" pattern, with a smile on your face.
面部：尽量面带微笑，除了在演讲中确实需要表情烘托情感。
Facial Expression: Maintain a smile as much as possible, except when emotions need to be emphasized during the speech.
发型：（女生）长发盘起、半盘发、扎辫子、齐肩发型；（男生）大背头
Hairstyle: (Female) Tied-up long hair, half-up hairstyle, ponytail, or shoulder-length hairstyle. (Male) Slicked-back hairstyle.
妆容：清爽干净；
Makeup: Refreshing and clean.
手：位于腰部以上，手掌向上，可以加上适当的肢体动作；
Hands: Positioned above the waist, palms upward, with appropriate hand gestures.
步态：可以随着情感移动但不宜过多。
Walking: Can move with emotions but not excessively.
转体：将观众与评委注意力移至PPT上，但注意尽量不要过多背对观众与评委，尽量成45度面对状态。
Turning: Redirect the audience and judges' attention to the PPT, but avoid facing away from them excessively, maintaining a 45-degree angle facing them.
三、表达状态
3、Expression
普通话标准发音图
Standard Mandarin Pronunciation
非常重要：练好“提打挺松”，语言状态会好不少
Crucial: Practice "lifting the cheeks, relaxing the throat, straightening the tongue, and loosening the jaw" for better language expression.
四、PPT
注意事项：
（1）不宜过度花哨、不宜动画过多，PPT内容更为重要
（2）不宜文字过多，图片须有文字说明
（3）色彩搭配需要合理，根据演讲主题来定
（4）PPT最好自己根据演讲内容制作
Notes:
(1) Avoid excessive embellishments and animations; content is more important.
(2) Avoid overcrowding with text; images should be accompanied by captions.
(3) Color schemes should be harmonious and aligned with the theme of the speech.
(4) It is best to create the PPT oneself based on the content of the speech.
五、重要事项

（1）一定一定要脱稿
（1） It is imperative to speak without referring to notes.
（2）时间不要太长，控制在合理范围之内，语速不宜太快。
（2）Keep the duration within a reasonable range and speak at an appropriate pace.
