mybatis程序因为serverTimezone的问题导致连接数据库失败

在idea中写Mybatis程序时，连接数据库，显示连接失败

由于serverTimezone 的问题

最终把serverTimezone设置为serverTimezone=GMT再重新测试连接

连接成功
