NSURL用于网络请求或本地文件相关操作。

网络请求

初始化方法也不同：2个实例方法，2个类方法。

- (nullable instancetype)initWithString:(NSString *)URLString relativeToURL:(nullable NSURL *)baseURL NS_DESIGNATED_INITIALIZER;
