解决方法:
进入到工作空间
cd catkin_ws/src
从 github 上下载usb-cam到本地的工程中
git clone https://github.com/bosch-ros-pkg/usb_cam.git
cd ~/catkin_ws
对下载的usb-cam进行编译
cd ~/catkin_ws
catkin_make
source devel/setup.bash
