China Times (www.chinatimes.net.cn) reporter Wang Yongfei ran Xuedong reported in Beijing

On October 29, a U.S. Department of Justice article titled "Chinese Businessman Prosecuted in South Florida Federal Court for Visa Fraud And Bail Denied" attracted attention. The article mentions that Shi Jianxiang, a 57-year-old Chinese businessman, was arrested at a promotional conference for cryptocurrency companies in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice's Oct. 28 proxy indictment, "jianxiang shi" fraudulently obtained two nonimmigrant visas in 2016 and entered the United States at Miami International Airport on fake visas. One was a "long niu" with a false identity and travel documents to enter the United States, and another was a "morgan shi" who lived in California and Nevada.

Judging from the age and name, it is consistent with Shi Jianxiang, the former chairman of the board of directors of Kuailu Group, in the "List of Clues Related to 50 Fugitives Suspected of Job-related Crimes and Economic Crimes" released by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in mid-2018.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Shi Jianxiang was arrested for "using fraudulent means to obtain a visa to enter the United States," thereby being indicted by a federal grand jury, and is currently detained in Miami Prison awaiting further trial by the court and refusing bail because the court believes that he is at risk of escaping after his release. It is reported that the next trial will be held in the Southern District Court of Florida.

The Kuailu system, which stirred Up China's capital market, was founded by Shi Jianxiang. When it comes to the fast deer system, the most well-known thing is the "Ip Man 3" box office fraud in 4 days to create 400 million yuan box office revenue incident, which has become the last straw to crush the fast deer group after the matter was investigated and punished by supervision.

In addition, Shanghai Tiantian Asset Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Kuailu family, also released crowdfunding products with the target of "Ip Man 3" to raise 200 million yuan on various p2p platforms, and eventually many people were sentenced by the Shanghai Fengxian People's Court for illegally absorbing public deposits.

With its two financial licenses obtained in 2010 and 2012, kuailu department in 2015 using the extremely popular Internet finance, film and television investment concept, has quickly established 328 companies to form a false closed loop, the financing of 15 billion investment has become a bubble, the self-proclaimed "annual output value of 100 billion" company leaders disappeared overnight. In 2018, Shi Jianxiang was charged with fraud on charges of illegally raising 43.4 billion yuan, but has been running away overseas for many years and has not been arrested, and Shi Jianxiang has become a member of the "Red Notice" issued by Interpol.

However, the status of "red notice officer" did not make Shi Jianxiang low-key, and after he fraudulently obtained an illegal visa through a fake identity in 2018, he also issued a digital currency project called weight to fame bms in the United States, which is not well-known in China. According to its introduction, it is characterized by action stars and sets up a decentralized blockchain voting mechanism; according to the setting, its project token ff token (fft) can be circulated, consumed and used in movies, sports, action star reality shows, online stores and online game venues.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the power of attorney indictment accuses Shi Jianxiang of defrauding and abusing U.S. nonimmigrant visas. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Assistant U.S. Attorney Will J. Rosenzweig is prosecuting the case, and Assistant Federal Prosecutor William Zlock is dealing with property forfeiture.

Notably, the U.S. Department of Justice also revealed that the Foreign Security Service's investigation was assisted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, or involved an investigation into a number of potential charges against Shi Jianxiang.
