Zhang Jian, vice president of the Provincial Academy of Forestry Sciences, and his party first went to the Qingyuan County Bamboo and Wood Industry Innovation Service Complex to understand its operation mode and service mechanism, and conducted in-depth discussions on how to play a good role as a complex. Subsequently, the experts went to Zhejiang Sanjian Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. to investigate and understand the operation of the enterprise and related problems. In view of the fracture problem in the bending process of bamboo in the production process, experts suggest that according to the characteristics of the product, take two measures to improve the moisture content of the bending part of the bamboo to promote softening and slotting, punching holes to reduce the stress of the bending part, and also recommend that enterprises adopt mechanized feeding methods to standardize the management of product processing links.
Shen Guoxin, a researcher at the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and his party went directly to the Oil Tea Base in Jianggen Township, Qingyuan County, to inquire about the cultivation of Camellia oleifera and the process of squeezing oil with camellia oil, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the spot: First, there are many branches of Camellia oleifera branches and need to be properly pruned; second, camellia oleifera seeds are prone to mold, and should be dried and removed in time to ensure the quality of camellia oil; third, camellia oleifera seed shells affect the oil yield, and should do a good job of dehulling work to allow the oil yield to reach the optimal point. The experts also gave detailed guidance to the head of the factory on the refining process of camellia oil.
Experts also investigated the annual and young tea gardens in Jianggen Township to understand the planting area, planting varieties, main problems and other conditions of the tea gardens, and suggested that the tea gardens adjust the planting density, strengthen the management of fertilizer cultivation and do a good job in wintering and antifreeze. Tea farmers rushed to ask about various problems they encountered in the planting process, and experts gave operable and easy-to-understand answers, which were positively responded to and warmly welcomed by local tea farmers.
