In 2008, she graduated from Beijing Normal University with a master's degree in preschool education, and the recruiters in Beijing's Fengtai District had the insight to make Li Ming the director of the district kindergarten on the spot. However, in order to repay her father and fellow villagers in her hometown, she resolutely returned to her hometown with the dream of youth to start her own business. In 2017, she came to Zhengzhou, in the Zhengzhou area of the Henan Pilot Free Trade Zone, invested in the construction of Henan Wugu Catering Management Co., Ltd., its main brand "Xingu Fishing Powder", which is based on Chinese-style fast food, taking public health as the starting point, selecting grains, secret soups, ancient methods and new systems, so that natural delicacies and fast food are organically combined. Since October 2020, she has distributed love contact cards to Shangqiu migrant workers working in Zhengzhou, providing migrant workers with free franchise, free training, free support and other service projects, and training more than 50 migrant workers in total. In recent years, she and her volunteer team have walked into the homes of poor migrant workers one after another, sent true feelings and great love to the world, and provided public welfare services for more than 50 left-behind elderly people and left-behind children. On July 20 this year, when Zhengzhou was suddenly hit by exceptionally heavy rain, the Zhengzhou Migrant Workers Service Center of the Shangqiu Federation of Trade Unions where she worked quickly set up a disaster relief volunteer service team, she took the initiative to ask Miao to serve as the deputy team leader, and joined the disaster relief volunteer service team for the first time, and successively went to the Huainan Street Office of the Zhengzhou East District Charity Federation, Jinguang Office, Cherry Valley, Provincial Staff Hospital, Weihui, Junxian and other places to donate drinking water, canned food, instant noodles, chargers, venom and other relief materials to the disaster victims at a discount of more than 100,000 yuan. More than 100 residents and people were organized to rescue the flood-besieged residents and masses.
In fact, Li Ming also has a special identity: deputy director of the Civil Rights County Federation of Trade Unions in Zhengzhou Migrant Worker Service Station, executive deputy director and secretary general of the Zhengzhou Migrant Worker Service Center of the Shangqiu Federation of Trade Unions. She has successively won the honorary titles of Advanced Worker of Municipal and County Trade Union Work, Advanced Individual of Two-way Service Work of Migrant Workers, May 1st Labor Medal of Minquan County, and May 1st Labor Medal of Shangqiu City.
