On June 5, 2020, the opening ceremony of the Shanghai section of the Shanghai-Suzhou Lake Railway, a major project of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta, was held. The project line starts from Shanghai Hongqiao Station in the east, to Huzhou Station in the west, passes through Minhang District, Songjiang District, Qingpu District of Shanghai, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total length of 163.8 kilometers and 7 stations, of which the shanghai line is 64.8 kilometers long, with Shanghai Hongqiao Station, Songjiang South Railway Station and Liantang Station 3 stations. The engineering railway is classified as a high-speed railway, and the design speed target value is 350km/h. Planning Envision bus 118 pairs / day. The total construction period is expected to be 4 years and completed in 2024.
The Shanghai-Suhu Lake Railway has 7 stations including Shanghai Hongqiao Station, Songjiang South Station, Liantang Station, Fenhu Station, Shengze Station, Nanxun Station and Huzhou Station. After the completion of the project, the Shanghai-Suzhou Lake Railway will be connected with the Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Railway, the Nanjing-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway, the Huhang-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway, and the Shanghe-Hangzhou Railway to jointly build a rapid railway passenger network.
The Husu Lake Railway is the connecting line of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" main channel in the "National Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning", and is also an important part of the "five directions and twelve trunk lines" channel in the layout plan of the Shanghai railway network.
II. Announcement of compensation and resettlement plan for land requisition
1. Project Name: Qingpu District Urban Pocket Park (18-07) Plot (Shanghai (Qingdao) Land Acquisition Supplement [2021] No. 528)
1.1. Scope of the land to be expropriated this time:

Yingpu Subdistrict, Qingpu District (village team); 472.7 square meters of agricultural land, 69.9 square meters of construction land and 26.6 square meters of unused land are proposed to be expropriated, with a total area of 569.2 square meters of land to be acquired.
1.2. Compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods of land compensation fees:
The land compensation fee standard is implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Land Requisition Land Compensation Fee Standard (2020)" (Shanghai Planning resources regulation [2020] No. 20), the standard is 130.35 yuan / square meter, and the compensation fee is paid to the rural collective economic organization that intends to acquire land, and the payment method is transfer.
1.3. Compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods for above-ground attachments and BIBS:
The compensation standard for above-ground attachments shall be implemented in accordance with the Shanghai Municipal Compensation Standards for Land Acquisition and Property (2020) (Shanghai Planning and Resources Regulation [2020] No. 20), and the compensation fee shall be paid to the owner in the form of transfer.
The compensation standard of BIBS is implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Land Acquisition Compensation Standard (2020)" (Shanghai Planning resources regulation [2020] No. 20), the standard is 4.5 yuan / square meter for grain and cotton land, 7.8 yuan / square meter for vegetable land, and the compensation fee is paid to the owner, and the payment method is transfer.
