Recently, Qingpu District issued 7 announcements on land acquisition matters, of which 4 are land acquisition announcements and 3 are land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan announcements.

Xu Xie Village, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, is 4721.90 square meters, including 0 square meters of agricultural land, 4721.90 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.

The Zhangjiazhai Group of Xu Xie Village, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District is 1694.90 square meters, including 16.10 square meters of agricultural land, 1678.80 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.

The Dubei Group of Zhoubang Village, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District is 3347.60 square meters, including 427.40 square meters of agricultural land, 2741.20 square meters of construction land and 179.00 square meters of unused land.

The garden group of Xinmuqiao Village, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District is 4824.70 square meters, including 0 square meters of agricultural land, 4824.70 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.

The above total land acquisition is 12,093.90 square meters, including 34.00 square meters of agricultural land, 12,059.90 square meters of construction land, and 0 square meters of unused land.

This land acquisition involves the twelfth villager group (village team) of Tianshanzhuang Village, Kanazawa Town, with a total area of 12,349.88 square meters.

The three land requisition compensation and resettlement plans announced the compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods of land compensation fees:

The standard of land compensation fee shall be implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Land Acquisition Land Compensation Standard (2024)" (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), the standard is 126.15 yuan/square meter, and the compensation fee is paid to the rural collective economic organization to be acquired, and the payment method is transfer.

The three land requisition compensation and resettlement plans announced the compensation standards, payment objects and payment methods for above-ground attachments and seedlings:

The compensation standard for above-ground attachments shall be implemented in accordance with the Shanghai Municipal Land Acquisition Property Compensation Standard (2024) (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), and the compensation fee shall be paid to the owner by transfer.

The compensation standard for green seedlings shall be implemented in accordance with the "Shanghai Compensation Standard for Land Acquisition and Green Seedlings (2024)" (Shanghai Planning and Resources Gui [2023] No. 6), the standard is 4.95 yuan/square meter for grain and cotton land, and 8.70 yuan/square meter for vegetable land, and the compensation fee is paid to the owner, and the payment method is transfer.
