Preface
As a mother of two children, leaving home for half a year, saying that it is impossible not to want children! Parents who love their children for it have far-reaching plans. The hard-working, practical, hard-working and self-motivated work attitude of parents is the best example of their children's lives! My lover and I both want to be such role models for children. I remember that when my daughter was 7 years old, she said on stage in the literary and artistic debriefing performance of the summer camp for the children of the lover's unit: My father and mother work very hard every day, just like the motto in the compound: the pursuit of quality, adhere to excellence! I love my father and mother! My daughter was so sensible and well-behaved, my lover and I burst into tears, and we touched everyone in the audience. In the future, I hope that my children will also grow up to be willing to work hard and work hard. I think one day, she can also proudly say like me, "Being able to come to Huaxi for further study once is a choice that I will never regret in my life"!
Back in 2014, my first time out for further study was in the Department of Endocrinology of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, when I was young, ignorant, and not very mature about many clinical issues. In the Department of Endocrinology at Ruijin Hospital, I saw many diseases that I had never seen before mentioned in textbooks and literature. Relatively speaking, these diseases are very rare in our prefectural and municipal hospitals, and some have never even seen them, and it is very difficult to learn. At that time, with us, there were also master's degree trainees and eight-year doctors from the Ruijin Department, although they had just rotated, and many diseases and advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment methods were not very familiar, but I found that their clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking was particularly good, and the breadth and depth of reasoning ability for complex problems were very three-dimensional.

During that time, I often pulled them to explain to me, and obviously felt that I had made great progress. At the same time, I was relieved that my heart was inferior. I often think that despite my efforts, even if I reincarnate, I may not be able to reach such a height of knowledge structure. At that time, the older students who studied with me told me that after a few years of clinical accumulation, you must go to West China for the second time, which is a completely different style model.

Since then, I have planted in my heart the seeds of coming to West China for a second time. In 2021, in time for our hospital to further deepen the homogenization of the spring breeze with West China Hospital, with the confusion of many incomprehensible clinical problems in the past six years, I finally came to West China Hospital this time to study the mainstream diseases of the Department of Endocrinology - diabetic vascular, neurological, and wound diseases, and my heart was excited and satisfied.

Practice your state of mind. True medicine everyone, no matter how busy, his heart is calm, and his thinking on complex issues is clear. Teacher Ran first taught us how to diagnose and treat lace, what kind of cutting-edge treatment methods. What he taught us is that the growth of clinicians needs precipitation and meditation accumulation, the growth of the team needs a good atmosphere and a platform for the hospital environment, and every progress in medical work is inseparable from collective wisdom and dedication. He let us know that we should do the clinic calmly, and the construction of the knowledge structure in the clinic will only be enriched by your involvement and accumulation, not waiting for the growth of middle age or the rise of the appearance of the position. Be at peace with your team and partners, cherish the platform given by the hospital, and respect every staff member who serves your team. Learn to be peaceful, learn not to be insulted, learn to tolerate, learn to respect, in order to reduce your work due to the instability of the mood caused unnecessary obstacles and resistance.
Practice concentration. Every trainee who comes to study has different learning and work experiences, some are prefecture-level city hospitals, some are university-affiliated hospitals, and there is a gap in the starting point. Teacher Ran taught us that since we came here, forget your past experience, change your bad work habits, and start from scratch. Sink your heart, be a most basic clinician, monitor and pay attention to the changes in the most basic indicators of the patient every day, compare the indicators every day, and observe the basic outcome of the patient. Systematically summarize the situation and changes of various organs and system indicators of patients, and analyze the differences between endocrine function tests in the acute critical and stable stages of patients. Attach importance to the deep and comprehensive grasp of the patient's basic disease information itself, and then talk about literature review and diagnosis and treatment progress. It sounds like basic, it's not that easy to do, it takes a lot of time and effort. This kind of diagnosis and treatment is responsible for patients, and likes this kind of focus on clinical, attaching importance to basic indicators, and then full literature review, and progressing to learn the basic skills of solid focus.
Respect hard work and advocate learning. When I came to Huaxi, I felt that this was a place that respected hard work and dedication. When I first came, I was often afraid of the teacher's questions, and when I came back, I would read a lot of information, the teacher knew that I read a lot of relevant information, heard my answer, very peacefully asked me a few questions, according to the teacher's point I went to read the relevant guides and books, suddenly enlightened, the original teacher's meaning: what you said is not wrong, but the knowledge points are too scattered, the main line of induction is not clear enough, the teacher hopes to mention my re-reading, let me more deeply comb and summarize the knowledge module. When I summed it up and understood the teacher's good intentions, my heart was so moved! A true teacher is one who teaches you the method of learning, extracting the essence from your knowledge. Instead of just using small notebooks to enter records, that's how elementary school students learn. Looking at my study notes when I first came, I now feel that a lot of cognition is slightly superficial, fortunately: as long as we are willing to work hard, as long as we are willing to learn, even if at the beginning our understanding of many problems seems so superficial, our teachers are so inclusive and patient professors, have always been well-intentioned, follow the good intentions to accompany our growth, accompany our progress, this is the teacher of West China!
When I came to West China for the second training, I learned a lot: the state of mind of doing clinical work, the attitude of concentration, the feelings of teachers, respect for hard work, advocating learning... My heart has grown a lot, more is the essence of the skeleton construction in my career as a clinician, and as a young doctor, I can aim high and go higher and farther down-to-earth!
Being able to come to Huaxi for further study is a choice that I will never regret in my life!
