Two hundred and eighty years ago, there was a celebrity in Yanzhou called Niu Yunzhen. He was born in the famous door of "Poetry Heirloom and Shi Dun Confucianism", and was active in the Kangqian dynasty of "Weide Eminent". Unfortunately, he only lived for a short period of fifty-three years, and after tasting the bitterness of the world, he suddenly passed away and became a small star in the long sky of history. In addition to the indignant mourning, there is also a rich legacy in academia.

Niu Yunzhen (1706~1758 AD) was a native of Maqing, Ziyang County, Shandong (present-day Niulou Village, Xinyan Town, Yanzhou City). He once designated himself as an official "Three Character Classic": first, "frugality", putting an end to luxury, raising honesty with frugality, and "willing to share clothes, food, and hardships with the people of Qin'an"; second, "Simplicity", not to be in the official field, take the initiative to mingle with the people, and "have the strength not to meet with the people on the day and hear their suffering"; the third is "inspection", always taking "heavenly reason", "human feelings", and "conscience" as the standard for self-examination.
