Li Jiawen said: "If you look at it more during your work, you may be able to find one more hidden danger and minimize the safety risk." In his work, he found and eliminated a number of hidden dangers such as catenary string breakage, positioning line clamp crack, tunnel adjustment bolt break and so on, and avoided the occurrence of catenary failure.

Li Jiawen is diligent in research and good at thinking, and summarizes the "five-step work method" of "grasping ideas, raising awareness, learning standards, subdividing work, and improving diligently" in catenary operations, which improves the efficiency of team operations. He actively organized the young employees of the team to carry out QC research activities, actively participated in enterprise management, and put forward suggestions such as anti-rust treatment of parts in the chemical pollution section were adopted by the unit.
