On November 4th, the teaching and research activity of "pushing the door and listening to lessons" for teachers of Chunshu Town Center Primary School was held as scheduled. Teacher Ye Xin's classroom is lively and orderly, and the teaching process is smooth. Each link is connected naturally, the basic skills are solid, the language is warm and infectious, and the interaction between teachers and students is harmonious. When dealing with teaching materials, there is a process of going from shallow to deep, layer by layer.
Teacher Wang Peicun is full of passion, grasps the difficulties of teaching, pays attention to the reading of the lower grade section, grasps the reading, and grasps the entire Chinese classroom, reading the book a hundred times, and its righteousness is self-evident.
After-class evaluation
After the class, all the teachers who listened to the class immediately evaluated and discussed the teaching and research. First of all, the "masters" paired with the "Qinglan Project" commented on their respective "apprentices" and pointed out the shortcomings in the class. Then, several leaders of the central school in turn said the shortcomings of the young teachers in the class and gave specific suggestions. Finally, Li Yunquan pointed out: "Resolutely change the method of full classroom irrigation and full classroom teaching, and carefully prepare lessons before class, grasp the teaching objectives, grasp the difficult points, and build a new and effective teaching classroom." He put forward two requirements: First, young teachers must learn. Learn methods and experience from the master, use resource platforms, smart classrooms, etc. to strengthen learning; second, young teachers need to strengthen exercise, continue to attend classes, grind more lessons, and continuously improve in teaching.
The "Push Door Listening" not only detects the classroom teaching level of teachers, but also finds the common problems of teachers in teaching and professional growth, and promotes mutual communication and learning between teachers.
The activity was successfully concluded, and the three young teachers gained a lot in this teaching and research activity. Li Yunquan and other leaders issued honorary certificates to the three teachers.
