After that, after the Sui Dynasty's various armies broke through the Chen Dynasty's Yangtze River defense line, they successively attacked Jiankang, forming a siege of the Chen Dynasty's capital, although the Chen Dynasty was crowded, but when the generals heard that the general of the Sui Army was Han Huhu, everyone felt afraid, descended, fled. After pacifying Jiangnan, the Sui Emperor Yang Jian made Han Hu the commander of the Liangzhou March, responsible for the defense of Jincheng, which was in present-day Lanzhou, an ethnic minority area with many complex ethnic groups and a majority of Turks, so the Turks were the main enemies of Liangzhou at that time.

When the Turkic emissaries went to the court to meet Yang Jian, Yang Jian asked Han Tohu to sit on the top of the lobby, and Yang Jian deliberately asked the Turkic emissaries: "Do you know the Chen Dynasty?" The Turkic emissary replied that he knew, and The Sui Emperor Yang Jian pointed at Han Huhu and said, "This is the man who captured the monarch of the Chen state alive." Then he said to him, "It is this man who is the commander of the Liangzhou March." Hearing this, the Turkic envoys turned their heads to look at Han Huhu, only to see that Han Huhu was sitting precariously and majestically, causing the Turkic emissaries to show a look of awe and feel panicked, and after the Turkic emissaries returned to report the situation, the Turkic leaders really dismissed the attempt of the southern prisoners.
Later, Han Huhu was treated with courtesy by Emperor Wen of Sui for his outstanding military achievements and the stability of the politics of the Sui Dynasty, who added him to the rank of knight and conscripted him to the capital, and the reward was very heavy.
In 592, Han Died of Illness at the age of 55. Han Huhu fought for many years, the living conditions during the battle were difficult, and some of the illnesses could not be treated in time, so they fell ill, and Han Huhu finally died because of his old age and could not resist the torture of illness.
How Han Huhu died, we already have the answer, Han Huhu as a famous general of the Sui Dynasty, outstanding military achievements, before his death, people were admired, after his death people are also quite in awe of him, so after his death, there is a rumor that he became the "King of Yanluo", in fact, this is the case.
It is said that before Han Huhu was dying, his neighbors saw that a very grand honor guard suddenly appeared in front of his door, and its solemnity was no less than that of the emperor on a tour, and the neighbor felt very strange about this, so he asked one of them, what was going on, and this person replied that he had come to greet their king, and after saying this, everyone suddenly disappeared.
There is also a legend that goes like this, it is said that a person who was terminally ill and had no cure, but suddenly got up and came to Han Huhu's mansion in a trance, asking to see Han Huhu. When he saw Han Baohu, he immediately knelt on the ground and respectfully said, "Meet the Great King", and the attendant felt that he was inexplicable after listening to it, so he asked him what kind of Great King he was, and this person immediately said that of course it was the King of YanLuo! The attendant was startled and was about to send someone to pull him down, but he heard Han Baohu laugh and say, "When I am alive, I can occupy a high position, achieve fame, and become the king of Yama when I die, there is really no better thing than this." ”
In the late Tang Dynasty, the legend of Han Huhu becoming the king of Yan Luo was also written into a novel, and the whole process was described more beautifully. This also makes us very interested in this legend, so that this legend is widely circulated, which is actually a story compiled by later novelists in order to make their story more vivid.
