The investment in the central budget will support the transformation of 137 central and local party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions affiliated to the training and nursing institutions to transform the pension project, add 30,000 new training and nursing institutions to transform the old-age beds, revitalize the stock of state-owned assets, and promote the opening of public resources to the society.
