Hamidora, 30, is a non-commissioned officer in the Afghan government army who has been a soldier for ten years and loves Afghanistan very much. Hamidora said that when the Taliban came, he and his comrades had prepared to fight, but their superiors had ordered them to lay down their weapons and not resist.

Hamidora lamented his misfortune and anger at the former Afghan government.

Hamidora has no intention of leaving Iran because he does not believe the Taliban will spare him.

Hamidora fled without seeing her family, only saying goodbye to her family briefly on the phone. He also has 3 children in the family, the oldest is 7 years old and the youngest is only 1 year old. Hamidora misses his family, but he doesn't know when he'll be able to return home.
