The drama tells a love story in which the protagonist, Kiri Kakegawa (Momori Matsuzaka), is an architect who has to spend his life in a wheelchair due to an accident. Kakegawa, who originally decided to live alone for the rest of his life, reunites with high school classmate Yami Kawana (Mizuki Yamamoto), and the two gradually become in touch, and the mentality of the protagonist Kakegawa tree has also changed. The TV series is based on the manga of the same name, Perfect World, which is serialized in The Kodansha women's manga magazine Kiss, and written by Rie Yuki Uraga, which has sold more than 1.7 million copies.

Yasushi Seto will play Kakegawa's love rival in the play, Yoshiki Eki. Isa is the president of an app development company, and with a gentle heart, he is in love with Ayami Kawana, who is a young plum bamboo horse.
