Zhang Dongsheng, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1965, Tai'an, Liaoning, bachelor degree, member of the Communist Party of China, began working in October 1981, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1987.

From June 2013 to October 2013, he served as the general manager of China Grain Storage And Transportation Co., Ltd., the general manager (legal representative) of China Grain Storage North Logistics Co., Ltd. (deputy rank of the second-level unit);

From October 2013 to September 2017, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Grain Storage Logistics Co., Ltd.;

From September 2017 to September 2019, he served as a member of the party group and deputy general manager of The Guangxi Branch of China Reserve Grain Management Group Co., Ltd.;

Since September 2019, he has been the deputy general manager of Guangxi Branch of China Reserve Grain Management Group Co., Ltd.
