Timothy Blasko, 37, a skilled fisherman, met the big fish that day while fishing with friends off the coast of Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Timothy asked his friend for a harpoon, aimed at the lower position of the big fish and forked it, and successfully caught it in the middle of the target. When they lined up this fish with other fish caught that day, they speculated that the fish might break the record. "It's Godzilla of lionfish!"
