From Shanghai to Zunyi, from the city to the mountainous areas, from the financial cadres to the poverty alleviation cadres, the working environment is different, the work content is different, and this kind of incompatibility needs to be overcome one by one. After going to Wuchuan to carry out work, in less than two months, I traveled to 16 townships in Wuchuan and the Shanghai assistance projects in recent years, and also had a basic understanding of the overall situation of Wuchuan and the content of the poverty alleviation cooperation between the east and the west.

Wuchuan is the birthplace and main settlement area of the Mulao ethnic group, the first batch of state-level poverty-stricken counties and the key counties of poverty alleviation and development in the new stage of the country, and belongs to the key counties in the contiguous area of Wuling Mountain. It is easy to solve temporary poverty, but it is difficult to completely uproot poverty. Therefore, in the process of planning aid projects, I am more inclined to the basic people's livelihood and long-term benefits of the poor people's key industrial projects, to ensure that the planning projects must go through collective discussion, the planned projects must go through field investigation, the proposed implementation of the project must be verified by expert departments, and all projects must have a chain poverty and poverty mechanism, to ensure that the project planning and implementation closely focus on the industrial direction of the county party committee and the government and the actual situation in poor areas. At the same time, strengthen the management of the project construction period to ensure that the quality and quantity of the project are "not deviated".

At first, everyone felt pressure on the later operation of the base, but from the completion of the project to the start of operation, from the Wuchuan project to the integration of the city's resources, from the donkey mother to the Oriental Green Boat, from the Zunyi Research and Learning Base Sub-center to the title of the National Research and Tourism Base, the research base overcame the impact of the epidemic in 2020, 60,000 people have carried out activities in the base, and the research and study travel industry with "Research and Learning +" as the core has become an important engine of the Wuchuan cultural tourism industry, driving the surrounding poor people to increase their income and become rich.

From 2019 to 2020, Wuchuan strives for Shanghai's funds to fully build and complete 24 municipal poverty alleviation projects, such as research bases, natural energy water lifting, peppercorn processing plants, Fengxian kindergartens, and the fifth primary school. I watched one poverty alleviation project after another from the ground to the ground operation, and saw the smiling faces of the poor people who received dividend funds, and the sense of achievement was born.

Jingxian Community in Daping Street, Wuchuan County is the largest resettlement community in the local area, with a total area of 5 square kilometers, jurisdiction over 4 immigrant communities, 2 administrative groups, 2447 households and 11067 people, of which 2163 households and 9831 people have been relocated to help the poor, the name of the Jingxian community comes from the "Xian culture" of "Respecting the Xianren, Seeing the Xiansiqi" in Fengxian District, which is a symbol of the friendship between the people of Wuchuan and Fengxian.

In Wuchuan, I actively carried out the project of "thousands of people connecting thousands of households, 100 enterprises and 100 villages, pairing up ten industries, and joining hands to run a well-off", docking caring enterprises and caring people, and striving for nearly 25 million yuan of help funds for the development of industries, consumption poverty alleviation and short-board infrastructure projects in poor areas.
