Liao Zhengguo
Liao Zhengguo (1913-1972), formerly known as Liao Guangqing and Liao Guangqing. Zodiac Sign: Cow. A native of XiXian County, Henan Province.
In 1930, he joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and joined the Communist Party of China in the same year.
