Book of Zhou. The Taste of Wheat says that "Emperor Heaven mourns Yu, gives Peng Shou, Si Zheng Xialuo" that is, Peng Zushou mastered the guiding technique of "Bear Through Bird Extension", and taught Dayu "Dance Propaganda" to cure the disease of heavy stomach.
Peng Shou here is the Peng family, whose name is Peng Zu, a descendant of Shou. It can be seen that "Peng Zu Shou Gao Eight Hundred" is purely misinformation, which does not match the reason, "Shou Kao" is two names called Peng Shou, Peng Kao's Peng Zu and himself.
