Cooking method

• Wash the broccoli in small pieces, peel and chop the garlic cloves, and wash and chop the peppers;

• Wash and cut the pork into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, mix well and marinate for a while;

• Bring broccoli to a boil in a pot;

• Sauté the pesto puree in hot oil, add a spoonful of soy sauce, add sliced meat and stir-fry;

• Add broccoli and stir-fry to a moderate amount.
