Zhao Anping, male, 50 years old, member of the Communist Party of China, deputy director of the Chibi Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
In July 1990, Zhao Anping graduated from Wuhan Health School majoring in public health doctors, and was assigned to work at the Guantang Health Center in Chibi City in the same year. As a scarce public health professional in that era, he took root in the township health center for more than 6 years, and in January 1997, as a professional in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, he was transferred to the municipal health and epidemic prevention station to work, and since then he has been indissoluble with the control of acute infectious diseases and the prevention and control of chronic diseases in Chibi City.

Since 2003, Zhao Anping took over the work of transmission prevention and immunization, and in a few years, he has traveled to all communities, villages and schools in the city to carry out vaccination rate investigation and supervision, he has made every effort to promote the construction of standardized vaccination clinics in township health centers, and the first batch of electronic reports and information clinics for vaccination in the province have been built, creating a provincial benchmark for vaccination information clinics. He insisted on going deep into the front line, personally experienced, infectious disease warning information of the special mobile phone, he 24 hours without leaving the body for nearly 10 years, once received the information, no matter day or night, he was the first time to check, the first time to rush to the scene.
In 2003, the SARS epidemic affected Chibi, in 2005, the local cholera epidemic in Chibi, and in 2008, chibi City had the first major epidemic of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in the province, in each of these major examinations, Zhao Anping formulated a scientific prevention and control plan with his good professional level and rigorous work style, laying a solid foundation for controlling the epidemic. In particular, the prevention and control plan for hand-foot-and-mouth disease in 2008 has been promoted and applied throughout the province.
Since 2015, Zhao Anping has led the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the city, and in the past 5 years, Chibi City has successively reached the standard through the creation of provincial and national chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control demonstration areas. As the technical guidance agency for this work, Zhao Anping coordinated and promoted various industries and units in the city to carry out various "healthy cell creation" and made arduous efforts. In 2019, more than 10 central media came to Chibi to report on Chibi's experience, and Zhao Anping was extremely credited with this.
In the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic in 2020, Zhao Anping was arranged to work in the prevention and control headquarters, as a "core think tank" responsible for the city's epidemic monitoring, data analysis, situation analysis, and leading the formulation of the city's epidemic prevention and control plan. For more than 50 consecutive days and nights, he only rested for 3-4 hours a day, and when he was sleepy, he took a nap in the office, and when he was hungry, he came to a pack of instant noodles and supported the "double clearance" of Chibi City with a spiritual strength of "no victory in battle and no collection of troops".
