The combination of tomato and beef is a perfect match, and the soup made together with tomato and beef is also unique in flavor and popular.

For this dish, I use the cooked beef that I bought from the supermarket, which is a hassle-free way to do so.
Since there is not much juice for tomatoes now, most of them are a layer of skin, so I chose this small tomato with more juice.
1 piece of cooked beef, 2 shiitake mushrooms, a small piece of tofu; dried fungus foamed, tomatoes washed; beef, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes are changed into small pieces; tofu cut into thin slices, blanched in water; chopped green onion and ginger;
After the oil is hot, add the onion and ginger and sauté, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry soft, add some tomato sauce, (put the tomato sauce to increase the flavor of the soup, and the second is to increase the color of the soup.)
