In order to further enhance the popularity and reputation of Bowei Mountain and create a cultural brand of "Hongye of Bowei Mountain", on October 18, the opening ceremony of the "Tang Feng JinYun Splendid Taiyuan - 2021 First Bowei Red Leaf Festival" sponsored by the Taiyuan Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics and the Taiyuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles was held at the Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall.

Taiyuan Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics Protection and Research Institute Of WeiweiShan Museum has jurisdiction over Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall, Jingyin Temple, Duofu Temple three state-level cultural relics protection units, in order to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, expand the influence of the Weiwei Mountain Museum, to meet the viewing needs of tourists, from now until December 31, in the Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall to hold the "Ingenuity JinYun Ingenious Craftsmanship - Duofu Temple Ming Dynasty Mural Boutique Exhibition", "Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall Stone Carving Fine Rubbing Exhibition" "Divine Flying Scissors Timeless Beauty - Bowei Mountain Theme Paper-cutting Exhibition", with cultural exhibitions and activities, Enrich the connotation of ancient architecture, so that more public in the process of appreciating ancient architecture, increase Shanxi cultural self-confidence, understand the rich cultural heritage around us.
Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall is located 25 kilometers northwest of Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, in order to commemorate the Spring and Autumn Period of jin Guoxian Dafu Dou Yi built, by the Lieshi Hanquan, Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall, Baoning Temple, Guanyin Hall, Zhao Daiwen Mansion, covers an area of more than 17,000 square meters, for the national key cultural relics protection unit, of which Lieshi Hanquan is one of the eight scenic spots of Guchingyang. The entire building of Dou Dafu Ancestral Hall is a brick, wood and stone structure, with a total of more than 30 halls, and the central axis is arranged in turn as the Music Tower, the Mountain Gate Hall, the Dedication Hall and the Main Hall, and the east and west ear rooms, box rooms and the second floor of the bell and drum on both sides. Among them, there are three remains of Yuan Dynasty architecture, namely the mountain gate, the dedication hall and the main hall of dou dafu's ancestral hall, and the remaining auxiliary buildings are qing dynasty remains. Hongchao is the place where Mr. Fu Shan wrote his book.
Jingyin Temple is located in Tutang Village, Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, and the temple contains the first Tufo of Jinyang, so it is commonly known as "Tutang Big Buddha". The temple sits north facing south, three courtyards, covers an area of more than 5700 square meters, and is a national key cultural relics protection unit. The central axis is arranged from south to north in order, including the Mountain Gate, the South Hall, the Vedic Hall, and the Daxiong Treasure Hall. The Great Buddha Pavilion is located in the second courtyard, the central earth carved Buddha in the pavilion is about 10 meters high, sitting on his knees, the Buddha's face is high and abundant, the look is serene, and the name is Moving Jinyang. There are two remnants of ancient cypress in sanjinyuan, known as "Tutang Strange Cypress" in ancient times, which is one of the eight scenic spots of Kuching Yang. Mr. Fu Shan lived in seclusion, practiced, wrote books and practiced medicine here.
Located in the picturesque Po Wai Mountain, 24 kilometers northwest of Taiyuan City, Duofu Temple was built in the second year of Tang Zhenyuan (786 AD), formerly known as the Po Wai Sect Temple, and was destroyed by war at the end of the Song Dynasty. It was rebuilt during the Reign of Ming Hongwu, renamed Tafuku-ji Temple during the Reign of Hiroshi, and rebuilt several times since. The temple is surrounded by mountains on three sides and covers an area of 3153 square meters. The main existing buildings are the Hall of the Heavenly King, the Hall of the Great Treasure, the Scripture Building, the Manjushri Pavilion (Red Leaf Cave), the Hall of the Thousand Buddhas, and the Hall of the Black Dragon. Mr. Fu Shan once practiced medicine in seclusion here, and the "Hongye Of Bowei" is one of the eight scenic spots of Kuching Yang.
The three walls of the Daxiong Treasure Hall of Duofu Temple are painted with Ming Dynasty murals, with an area of 90.93 square meters. The painting depicts the life experience of Shakyamuni. This picture is composed in the form of a comic strip, starting from the upper corner of the southern end of the east wall, drawing counterclockwise around the wall, and finally ending at the lower part of the south end of the west wall, a total of 84 paintings, which are the best works in the Ming Dynasty temple murals.
