On the same day, Zhao Xue followed several colleagues of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University to Guangzhou to start the 2022 new student enrollment work.

As a member of the women's team champion of many chess olympiads and world team championships, world champion Zhao Xue enjoys a high reputation in China and even in the international chess world. As early as 2002, at the age of 17, Zhao Xue participated in the 20th World Chess Olympiad Team Competition as a recruit of the Chinese women's chess team, and she played a heroic role in defending the title of the Chinese women's team. At that time, the Chinese women's team praised her from the bottom of the heart, "You are really good!" Two years later, Zhao Xue contributed to the Chinese women's team to achieve the three consecutive Olympiad championships. In 2016, as the captain of the Chinese women's team, she led her young teammates to win the Orsay Championship trophy again after a gap of 10 years. In addition, she has helped the Chinese women's team win the women's team championship of the World Team Championship of Chess for many times.

There are not many female chess players with the title of men's grandmaster in the world, and Zhao Xue has been among the male grandmasters as early as 2007, and she is the fourth female chess player in China to receive the title of male grandmaster after the three world chess players Xie Jun, Zhu Chen and Xu Yuhua.

Any chess player will face retirement and career choices like other athletes, and Zhao Xue is no exception. Fortunately for her, in April this year, under the active recommendation of Liu Shilan, the dean of the Shenzhen Chess Academy, she entered the student work department of Beili Moscow University in Shenzhen and became a senior teacher teaching physical education.

In addition to teaching, Zhao Xue also participated in the organization of the Shenzhen Cultural Fair Chess Sub-venue activities, and invited Ye Jiangchuan, chairman of the China Chess Association, Zhang Wendong of the Ninth Dan of Go, and Wang Linna, the women's world champion of chess, to participate in the activities on the spot, which enlivened and enriched the content of the activities. At the beginning of October, as the team leader, she led the Team of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University to participate in the 10th Shenzhen Municipal Games Chess Tournament and won the eighth place. October 27th is the 5th anniversary of the approval of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University, in order to further enhance the cooperation and exchange between Moscow State University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Beili Moscow University, hosted by Zhao Xue's Student Work Department the first "Friendship Cup" three-school friendship chess network competition, 18 players from the three universities of the two countries conducted a fierce online duel, and finally the Shenzhen Beili Moscow University team ranked second.

The purpose of the school is to strive to build a high-level university, cultivate high-quality talents, and contribute to deepening Sino-Russian educational cooperation and enhancing the friendship between the two peoples. "Whether it's setting up a chess course or organizing and participating in an event, school leaders attach great importance to and give strong support. At present, chess has been listed as a special sports project of 'one school, one product' of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University. Although the time of taking up the teaching position is not long, I have fully felt the vitality and spirit of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University. The school is growing at a rapid pace, and the whole school is now working together to achieve higher goals. ”

Zhao Xue said that when he came to Shenzhen Beili Moscow University, he truly felt the care of leaders and colleagues at all levels, "They have given me a lot of care and support in work and life, and I am very moved." "As a recruit in the teaching team, I am trying to adapt to the working environment and new roles, and I still have many aspects of my work that need to be learned and improved." In short, my goal now is to strive to be a good physical education teacher, to train more students, and to lead them to participate in chess. In fact, chess is also an international language, which is the medium and bridge for sports and cultural exchanges between countries and regions around the world. ”
