Taigong's surname was Jiang Mingshang , also known as Lü Shang , and he was a hero who assisted King Wen of Zhou and King Wu of Zhou in destroying shang. When he was not reused by King Wen, he lived in seclusion in a place by the Weishui River in Shaanxi. One day, a firewood collector came to the stream, saw the straight hook that did not put bait on the surface of the water, and said to him: "Old man, fishing like you, you will not catch a fish in 100 years!"

Tai Gong raised his fishing rod and said, "Tell you the truth!" I'm not here to catch a fish, but to catch a king and a prince!"
