1. Prepare the corn and carrots into small pieces, wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut out the cross flowers
2. Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, and if there is no bone chopping knife at home, you can buy ribs and ask the master to chop them into small pieces
3. In a cold underwater pot of pork ribs, add 2 spoons of cooking wine and 6 slices of ginger to a boil
4. Boil the blood foam and remove the ribs and rinse them with water

1. Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside, tender tofu is best
2. Wash the crucian carp, scrape the scales to remove the black film of the fish's abdomen, add a little salt, ginger slices and cooking wine, spread evenly and marinate;
3. After the hot pot is hot, pour the oil, put the ginger slices into the stir-fry a few times, and put the crucian carp into the medium-low heat and fry slowly. Fry slowly over low heat, do not rush to turn over, after frying quickly, shake the pan slightly, turn the noodles and then fry the other side until golden brown;
4. Pour in 2 bowls of water, add cooking wine, green onion and ginger slices and bring to a boil over high heat
5. Add tofu when the soup turns white, turn to medium heat, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes
6. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle a little green onion or coriander on the surface
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides
2. Cut the tomatoes first at the top, blanch them with boiling water until the skin is open, tear off the skin and cut into small pieces
3. Heat 5g of oil in a pan, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out
4. Add 500 ml of water, add a spoonful of salt and chicken powder to taste
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, add enoki mushrooms, fried tofu, draw circles when boiling again, pour in egg liquid, water starch, a bowl of weight loss tomato mushroom tofu soup is ready
1. Wash the spinach to the roots and cut into sections for later
2. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and set aside
3. Beat an egg and break it up
4. Put 1 tablespoon of low-fat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms until tender
5. Add 500ml of water to boil, then add spinach in turn and cook for 1 minute (the soup made by this amount of water will be more viscous, if you like to lighten it, you can put more water)
6. The eggs are drizzled from a high place, and the egg flowers will look better and more even
7. Add 2g of white pepper and 2g of salt each, sprinkle diced ham for 30s and then come out of the pot (you can add a few drops of sesame oil at the end, lose weight and ignore adding sesame oil)
1. Prepare tofu, crab mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and dates
2. Pour a little oil into the pan, fry the tofu until golden brown, put out and set aside
3. Add the minced shallots into a pot of hot oil and sauté them until fragrant, then stir-fry the crab-flavored mushrooms
4. Add other ingredients, pour 2 bowls of hot water into the pot, cook for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper before leaving the pot to taste
1. Wash all ingredients and set aside
2. Put the chicken thighs in cold water, then add ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil and continue to cook for a minute, skimming off the foam and fishing out
3. Put all the ingredients in a pot, add enough water, bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
4. After the soup is cooked, add salt and a little pepper to taste
1. Soak the beef in water for more than half an hour and soak the blood of the beef out. After the soaked beef is put into the pot, add water, cooking wine, ginger slices and cook them with blood foam, the whole pot of water is poured out, and the beef is washed with warm hot water!
2. Start cooking beef soup below, add enough water for beef in the pot, add the leaves, star anise, green onion ginger, grass fruit
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer for 2 hours
4. Inserting beef with chopsticks can be easily inserted to mean that the beef is cooked thoroughly, and you can turn off the heat and fish it out
5. Let the cooked beef cool and slice and set aside
6. Add chopped coriander, spring onions, pepper, salt, chili oil to a bowl, rinse with beef broth, and then add sliced beef to start eating
